Follow us on facebook to get the most up-to-date information on shelter happenings. We update the doggie profiles there first and share pictures daily of all of our kids up for adoption.  We also have an "Adoptable Dogs" Album which has pictures of all our kids up for adoption in one place!

The pet of the month is...DAKOTA!

Dakota is a 2 1/2 year old pitbull mixed boy. Look at his happy smile! He weighs about 40 pounds. He has a lot of energy and is very athletic. He would love to be in a home with a person who runs, or a home that has a fenced back yard for him to enjoy. He LOVES stuffed animal toys and other treats. He is very smart and will make a great addition to someone's family. He will need what any other dog needs: love, socializing, play time, and naps Dakota has been in a foster home with small children and did wonderful. He is a favorite among many of our volunteers.  Since Dakota was brought to Natalie's as a small puppy, all he knows is shelter life. He needs crated when owners are away and some supervision when they are home until he learns the ropes of being a "real" dog in a family.

We have a variety of dogs in all shapes and sizes waiting for their forever homes. Feel free to contact us if you need additional information. We get new dogs in all of the time. Please check back often if you don't see someone who grabs your eye and your heart.
