Follow us on facebook to get the most up-to-date information on shelter happenings. We update the doggie profiles there first and share pictures daily of all of our kids up for adoption. We also have an "Adoptable Dogs" Album which has pictures of all our kids up for adoption in one place!
Great News! Sparky has been adopted and is loving his new home. We love it when one of the long-time residents finally get their furever home!
We are a no kill dog shelter founded in 2009 by Natalie Moore. We are a 501(c)3, non-profit organization that relies heavily on private individual donations and volunteer services to be able to continue helping homeless dogs. We have a board of directors that helps manage the shelter.
We accept personal surrendered dogs, strays, and work with other rescues or animal shelters to rehome dogs and puppies. We have saved many dogs from death row at high kill shelters. We do not discriminate against breed, age, or health of a dog and we provide all of our dogs with a comfortable, temporary home until a match with the right family can be found.
The Wildcat Valley Animal Clinic offers a wellness clinic with Dr. Dave on our premises every Thursday 3pm to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Services are limited. Patients are seen on a first-come-first-served basis. http://wildcatvet.com/
We regularly hold special events or fundraisers in order to generate more money to support our shelter. If you have an idea for an event, please feel free to contact us. We're always open for something new!
