Intake Information-
We are not an open intake facility. We are small and donation based.
We have to have appropriate space and know the dogs size, breed, demeanor, etc.

Without awesome volunteers from our community, we wouldn't be able to keep these dogs tails wagging as much as they do! We depend on the outpouring of love we receive and are so grateful for it. Interested in helping out?

New Building

We are in need of a new building to provide these dogs with the best care we can give them. We are looking for land and an area with less traffic for our dogs.

Process of Adoption:

We ask for Patience and Grace in this process as it does take some time

"Natalie's" Second Chance Dog Shelter is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization specializing in providing homeless dogs another opportunity at a forever home. We are a no-kill shelter dedicated to every dog that comes into our care, whether that be giving them a home before they find their permanent family or offering an everlasting sanctuary. We rely heavily on donations and volunteers from the community to be able to continue assisting homeless dogs. At our facility, we do not discriminate against breed, age or health of a dog. We not only accept personal surrendered dogs and strays, but we also collaborate with other shelters and rescues to rehome dogs. Thanks to people like you, we can continue our mission of giving dogs a much-needed second chance!

"I had a wonderful visit at Natalies Second Chance No Kill Shelter. I picked out my fur baby Paco, a Rat Terrier/ Chihuahua mix. He is so amazing and. I am very grateful to be his new mommy. He is very handsome and well mannered and ajusted great in his new home. Natalies takes very good care of their animals. And they do a complete check in adoption process. I highly recommend them."
