Our Adoption Process

*Failure to complete the application completely and with all required questions will result in an automatic decline!*

Cash/Personal Check ONLY for Adoption Fee

Adoption Fees:​​​​​

  • Puppies 1 yr and younger are $300.00

  • Dogs over 1 yr are $250.00,

  • Cash or Check only and due upon signing the contract to begin the 2-week Foster-To-Adopt!

Note: This process can and may take 3-4 weeks, depending on the schedules of staff and volunteers who assist with the adoption process. We ask for patience and grace in this process​​

Adoption Process Steps:

​

1) Apply & Come Meet the Dogs (you are required to meet the dogs and do not have to be contacted before coming in).

2) Review and Phone Interview

​

3) Home Visit

​

4) If you have other pets, we will facilitate a meet & greet on neutral territory with your current and potential pet (s). All current pets must be spayed/neutered before bringing in a new pet (unless medically documented as to why they are not). *pocket pets not included*
